Uganda

One of the most beautiful and friendly countries in Africa. Home to Queen Elizabeth National Park and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest where chimpanzees and mountain gorillas can be trekked for. The capital Kampala is built on a series of hills on the northern edge of Lake Victoria, and the neighboring city of Jinja is built over the outlet from that lake. The scenery to the west is dominated by high ranges of mountains and is suitably spectacular.
